Abstract Action ; This is part of my Painting Evolution, stems from the 'Subconscious Mind'..... Applying the technique 'moving meditation' as a major element to my Art. In theory, this approach allows the mind to enter a calm state, as the mind begins to 'retasks' the ability to focus on a
heighten level of activity in the subconscious mind. This has prepares me to approach a blank canvas as never before. Art, a new view from minds eye.
Acrylic Abstract }} ... I entered a 'Lucid Mindset' just moments before the creative bust filled my studio. Every muscle in sync, rhythmic balance grew from the unconscious mind. Paint found its color and location on the canvas. Tipping, rocking, shaking as the canvas and paint dance with fluid purpose. I place the canvas flat and reach for a straw and with an even flow of air I push and bend the paint as life takes its form. My body glides , the straw felt like a hand carved wooden flute. Just as a Sherman playing music and tribe steps carries his rhythmic movement around the glowing burning fire of prayer to awake the Gods
